NonprofitPrograms for children from birth through 21 include home-of-relative, traditional foster care, and emergency foster care. Programs emphasize reuniting children with their families whenever possible. Shelter licenses all foster families, and our staff provide required training and on-going support. The Josselyn Center
Since 1951, Josselyn has provided affordable Mental Health Care. Clinical Care includes: Therapy, Psychiatry, Individual Placement and Support, and a Walk-in Clinic. Josselyn's Teen Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) the only Non-hospital based IOP in IL that accepts ALL forms of Medicaid for teens.
